IPod froze????
My silver GB iPod nano froze. I was listening to it and it just stopped. The screen said no battery power. please connect iPod to power. I tried connecting it to my computer and wall charger and neither of them unfroze it. What should I do?
Push the menu amp center button at the same time, or just let the battery die, it will come back!

Is there such a thing as earphones that are smaller? I seem to have small ear holes and I dont think Im getting optimum sound because they cant go in all the way.
I have a pair JVC HAFX it has two sizes for the ear buds. The ear buds are cushiony too. They also have a great sound.

You can use Yamipod which is a standalone ipod manager, however if you use itunes you can just import standard mps anyway you dont have to use the shop, and you dont even need to use the AAC format when you import a cd with itunes although from experience it is better sounding than equivilently sized mps.brI believe winamp also has an ipod plugin.

Should I get an iPod Classic or Zune GB? Im torn between the two and Im sick of my GB nano. I dont want to have to worry about storage space so its between these two. The main thing is that I want to know which has the better battery life? My nano is okay, it would last for maybe hours. I want to go through days without worrying about charging it while looking at videos. Also, if I get the Zune it would take me forever to edit all of the things from my itunes including the album art. I really dont want to go through that. i dont know about the ipod classic, but i got an ipod touch, and what your being told is bull. it works great, very fast, and i really like it. it has many more features than the ipod classic email, youtube, safari,etc... plus it has a much bigger screen, which makes it much better to watch movies on and photos. i would defenetly recommend the ipod touch!!!

i have a gig video ipod, black. ive been using it for a year with no problem. but now, whenever i charge my ipod with an outlet ipod charger, the back side area where the hold switch is, it starts heating up and its incredibly hot i realize that now when i felt it on my bums when i was sleeping. im not sure if its the wall outlet or the chargeri bought it in korea, when i had the chance or maye something is wrong with my ipod itself. can someone help me?
hrmmm... i have kinda the same problem but the iPod i have doesnt charge from the ipod charger and it gets really hot. But I was able to put it into disk mode and charge it from there. But your problem could be the Ipod itself. try to either charging it with the computer USB cord, or change your outlet that you use. But there could also be the possibility that there is alot of data in it so there would be more energy used, however if thats the case, you cant do anything about that but delete and free up space on your ipod. happened to my nd gen classic. you can replace the battery. it costs and should be sent in to a specialist like apple so it can be changed in a clean room so no dust gets in the system. if that happens, it make permanantly damage it. you can do it, but you need to be extremely careful.bryour songs will still be on the ipod when it is returned, unless they need to restore factory settings for some reason.

No, Ipods will work with either system, you just have to use iTunes though.

In iTunes scroll down on the left, and click the black arrow next to your iPod. You can now access its individual MusicPodcasts etc, and delete as you like. Note that if you have iTunes on the other PC set to sync automatically it will replace them next time you hook up, unless you uncheck the boxes inside your library in iTunes of the songs you deleted dont want on the iPod.

While calling my friends number on my cell phone phonebook, I pranked him he has been pranking me before, and I decided to return the favor. Instead of recieving another prank, I got an angry man instead. He sounded annoyed, and later I recieved a voice mail where he stated I was in trouble, and he alerted the authorties. Now, Im wondering what, if any, legal action I might be facing. The prank was about kidnapping his dogs which I didnt even knew existed, and demanding their return for an exorbant amount of money like million dollars. I dont think that the person you called would take it seriously enough to actually call the authorities. But if you do this again I would suggest blocking your number so it doesnt show up on caller id. works great on landline phones and on your cellphone turn off the send my caller id feature.

Iphone wont download emails?
My iphone gs wont download my emails. It will say updating, checking for emails and say its downloading of but then it stops and starts again and doesnt download the email at all. Ive tried turning my phone off multiple times the only solution I could find short of a full reset and it did nothing.
Ive got the same problem. If I access my emails on my laptop there is no problem, I can load and view everything. Strange thing is having deleted etc on my laptop, my aYahoo email account updates everything on my Iphone GS, ie, the Trash folder updates with deleted emails, however new emails will not load into my Inbox. It just displays downloading of and then nothing appears. Im a techno dweeb so any help would be greatly appreciated......

I love my blackberry...it seems like an extension of me. I need to change phone and almost all my friends are convincing me that I should get an Iphone. Iam open for a change but I can seems to get pass the touch screen...in my experience touch screen can be hard to handle at times plus I am not sure if its capabilities is better than my Berry. It really depends on your preference. I personally went with a Palm Pilot, that has a touch screen AND a keyboard much like a blackberry. I can see why people like both of them they do have their pros and cons. The touch screen does seem to be rather difficult at times but the Iphones are sleek and have a lot of great features. brbrWhat do you use for phone for the most? If you are big on texting and emailing from your phone, I would go for the blackberry. The IPhone may be really hard to get used to and you may find it to be more frustrating.brIf you use it more for the internet surfing and videomusic playing you may like the Iphone better. It may be to late now, but remove the batteries, if you can split the case you can use a hair dryer to lightly warm and drive out the moisture. Keep the hair dryer far enough away that the player doesnt become hot. Then let it set a few days were air can circulate before putting the case back together and giving it a try.
